Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The previous electrocardiogram was normal, and there were no underlying diseases. During the monitoring period, sudden death occurred unexpectedly. The dynamic electrocardiogram before the sudden death showed a transient Lambda-like wave.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are individuals with definite organic heart diseases, such as coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, heart valve disease, and congenital heart disease, etc. 2. Those who have a history of malignant arrhythmia, syncope, or cardiac arrest in the past. 3. Those with severe electrolyte imbalance (such as hyperkalemia/ hypokalemia) or acid-base imbalance. 4. Those with other definite causes of sudden death, such as drug poisoning, severe infection, trauma, acute cerebrovascular accident, etc. 5. Those whose dynamic electrocardiogram data is incomplete or the Lambda-like wave records are unclear, making it impossible to conduct effective electrocardiographic feature analysis. 6. Those with severely lacking clinical data, making it impossible to fully trace the disease process.
