Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who presented to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at a tertiary referral hospital between February and April 2024 and required diagnostic FFNPL

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 10 years old; 2. Allergic to lidocaine; 3. Contraindication for local use of ephedrine/fenicillin nasal drops.
