18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-60 years, 2. ASA I-III, 3. Scheduled for unilateral distal radius fracture surgery under laryngeal mask general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Infection at the puncture site. 2. History of forearm surgery. 3. Existing upper limb nerve injury. 4. Contraindications to local anesthesia. 5. History of allergy to local anesthetics. 6. Coagulation disorders. 7. Drug or alcohol abuse. 8. Daily use of painkillers. 9. Combined trauma to other sites. 10. Preoperative delirium, Parkinson's disease, dementia, severe neurological disorders, stroke within the past 3 months, severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C), renal failure.
