Interventions

retrograde urination group:Instill normal saline into the bladder retrograde to promote urination
voluntary urination group:After removing the urinary catheter, wait for the bladder to fill and urinate voluntarily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Grade II or higher of anterior vaginal wall prolapse, with symptoms requiring pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, and may be accompanied by uterine prolapse or posterior vaginal wall prolapse; 3. No neurogenic bladder or urinary retention (PVR > 100 ml) before the operation; 4. Voluntary to participate in the postoperative urination test.st;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a history of POP surgery; 2. Diabetic patients with poor blood sugar control: preoperative fasting blood glucose > 11.1 mmol/L; 3. Patients with malignant tumors; 4. Patients with bladder injury during surgery or those requiring long-term indwelling catheterization; 5. Patients undergoing cystoscopy surgery simultaneously; 6. Patients undergoing mid-urethral suspension surgery simultaneously; 7. Patients who have received physical therapy for urinary retention symptoms in the past (including electrical stimulation, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, etc.); 8. Patients with hypertension.
