Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for severe craniocerebral injury and DOC, diagnosed through clinical manifestations, CT or MRI imaging examinations as craniocerebral injury; 2.The cause of coma is craniocerebral injury, evaluated by GCS and CRS-R; 3.The level of consciousness disorder is in the vegetative state (VS) or unresponsive wakefulness syndrome (UWS) stage; 4.The course of craniocerebral injury is within half a year and the condition is stable; 5.Age between 18 and 80 years old; 6.No hearing impairment before the onset; 7.The direct family members give informed consent and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable condition or severe pneumonia in critical condition; 2.Those with implanted electronic devices or metal objects in the brain; 3.Those with severe bullae in the lungs or active pneumothorax; 4.Those with a history of epilepsy; 5.Those with left frontal skull defect; 6. Family members who refuse to allow participation.
