Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 6 and 36 months; 2.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–II; 3.Clinically stable on the day of the study, without acute infection, fever, or other conditions unsuitable for EEG acquisition; 4.The participant’s legal guardian has been fully informed of the purpose, procedures, and potential risks of the study and has signed written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously diagnosed epilepsy or a history of active epileptic seizures; 2.Confirmed structural abnormalities of the central nervous system or inherited metabolic disorders; 3.Previously diagnosed neurodevelopmental disorders, such as significant developmental delay or autism spectrum disorder; 4.Inability to complete EEG monitoring, or poor-quality EEG data after acquisition that precludes valid analysis;
