Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years; 2. ASA class I-III; 3. Patients with primary Ta-T1 stage bladder cancer scheduled for elective TURBT under general anesthesia; 4. According to the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) recurrence risk score, the patient has a preoperative cystoscopy-determined score greater than 1; 5. Informed consent obtained from the patient or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery; 2. Palliative surgery; 3. Confirmed or suspected allergy to the investigational drug; 4. Presence of metastases to other organ systems; 5. Receipt of preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7. Patients deemed unsuitable for participation by the investigator, e.g., those at high risk of loss to follow-up due to geographic location, communication issues, or other reasons; 8. Currently participating in other clinical trials.
