Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Nursing students undertaking internships in the emergency department; 2. First-time interns; 3. Voluntary participation, with awareness of the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sick leave of 7 days or more; 2. Mid-term withdrawal, discontinuation of studies, or leave of absence.
