Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients with acute ischemic stroke met the diagnostic criteria as stipulated in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2024 Edition", and all were confirmed through head CT or MRI examinations and had clear consciousness. 2.Age 18 years old and above. 3.The patients or their family members have been informed and have given their consent to participate in this study, and they have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neither the patient himself nor his family members could provide the specific time of the onset of symptoms or the time when they decided to seek medical treatment. 2.Those with concurrent malignant tumors, severe infections, as well as severe functional impairments of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys; 3.There are individuals with severe mental illnesses and cognitive impairments who are unable to communicate normally. 4.The questionnaire was not completed properly. 5.Those whose response time for the questionnaire was too short or whose answers were highly consistent. 6.The answers provided in the questionnaire are inconsistent.
