Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for slow and urgent (subacute) liver failure; Meets the diagnostic criteria for hepatic encephalopathy; Age range: 18-65 years old; There is no clear evidence of infection in other parts.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Merge and clarify the basis for infection in other parts, merge with major diseases such as tumors and immunodeficiency syndrome, and use antibiotics and live bacterial preparations in the past three months.
