Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2.Communication and comprehension abilities are normal and can complete the questionnaire independently or with assistance. 3.Informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age < 60 years; 2.Presence of cognitive impairment or communication difficulties; 3.Refuse to participate or withdraw midway; 4.Experienced an acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular event (such as myocardial infarction or stroke) within the past 6 months; 5.Those whose daily activities are severely restricted;
