Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 12–17 years; 2.No gender restriction; 3.Diagnosis confirmed by a child psychiatrist using the Chinese version of the Kiddie Schedule for Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School-Age Children – Present and Lifetime version (C-K-SADS-PL) semi-structured interview, meeting one of the following diagnostic criteria: Major Depressive Disorder without psychotic features, Major Depressive Disorder with psychotic features, or Bipolar and Related Disorders; 4.Both the participant and their legal guardian voluntarily agreed to participate in the study and signed written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of a serious somatic disease or neurological disorder that may significantly affect the assessment of psychiatric symptoms; 2.Other severe mental disorders (e.g., schizophrenia) that interfere with the primary diagnosis; 3.Significant cognitive, language, or behavioral impairments that preclude completion of standardized assessments or long-term follow-up;
