Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who met the 2025 NCCN clinical practice guidelines for head and neck cancer and were pathologically diagnosed as head and neck cance; 2.patients who have received at least one treatment (surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy; 3.age >=18 years old; 4.patients with knowledge of diagnosis by themselves and their families; 5.patients who could complete the scale independently or with the help of researchers; 6.willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are critically ill and in danger of life at any time; 2.patients with heart, liver, kidney failure, respiratory failure or other malignant tumors; 3.participating in similar psychosocial surveys and intervention studies; 4.patients suffering from mental illness.
