Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–35 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia according to the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) and the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Insomnia (2023 Edition): (1) Despite adequate sleep opportunity, the individual reports dissatisfaction with sleep duration or quality, accompanied by impaired daytime functioning; (2) Presence of core symptoms such as sleep onset latency >30 minutes, nocturnal awakenings >=2 times, early morning awakening, or total sleep time =3 months, with a frequency of >=3 times per week; (4) Presence of at least one daytime symptom (e.g., fatigue, low mood, cognitive impairment, decreased athletic performance, etc.). 3. Currently in a regular training cycle, with no cross-time-zone training (time difference >=3 hours) or frequent nighttime training sessions (>=2 times per week); 4. Able to complete the full assessment and intervention protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Insomnia directly caused by medications or substances; 2. A score of >=14 on the Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II); 3. Comorbid with other sleep disorders (e.g., obstructive sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, periodic limb movement disorder, narcolepsy, etc.); 4. Recent major life events (e.g., surgery, family trauma, etc.); 5. Currently undergoing other insomnia treatments (e.g., pharmacotherapy, physical therapy, etc.).
