Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 24 years. 2. Experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of depression or anxiety. 3. Able to understand the study procedures and willing to provide informed consent to participate. 4. Able to operate VR equipment and participate in moderate physical activity. 5. For participants under 18 years old, parental or guardian consent will be obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with severe psychiatric disorders or requiring immediate clinical treatment. 2. Having physical conditions or mobility limitations that prevent participation in physical activity. 3. Experiencing severe cybersickness or intolerance to virtual reality equipment. 4. Currently receiving other structured psychological interventions or psychiatric treatments. 5. Any other condition that, in the judgment of the investigators, makes the participant unsuitable for participation.
