Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 18 years old, gender not limited; 2.The autogenous arteriovenous fistula was a head-radial anastomosis; 3.Stable dialysis was performed using an autologous arteriovenous fistula for more than 1 month; 4.They volunteered to participate in the clinical study and signed informed consent; 5.Preoperative AVF met the criteria of internal fistula stenosis in the Chinese expert consensus on ultrasonic interventional therapy of vascular access for hemodialysis (version 2024);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PTA times were more than 3 times; 2.Allergy to study medication; 3.Patients undergoing anti-plate therapy; 4.Severe biliary tract disease, severe gastrointestinal disease; 5.Patients with active bleeding disease within the last 2 weeks; 6.Abnormal liver function: patients with active liver disease or baseline serum ALT or AST levels persistently exceeding 3 times the upper limit of normal (ULN); 7.Patients with malignant tumors; 8.Central venous disease affecting the return of blood flow to the internal fistula; 9.Patients with a platelet count below 50×10^9 / L;
