Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with stroke by cranial MRI or cranial CT, meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases (2024 Edition)" [24]; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Brunnstrom stage of the affected lower limb is II–IV; 4. Conscious and able to cooperate with rehabilitation training; 5. No severe cognitive impairment, Kinesthetic and Visual Imagery Questionnaire (KVIQ) score = 25, able to complete this study as required; 6. Patient understands and signs the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone craniotomy, skull reconstruction surgery, have damage to the scalp, or have metal implants in the skull or wear a metal pacemaker; 2. Patients with severe lower limb joint restrictions, excessive spasticity, incompletely healed fractures, severe osteoporosis, or other comorbidities that may affect lower limb functional training; 3. Patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary infectious diseases; 4. Participants who are currently involved in other clinical trials.
