Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria for both traditional Chinese and Western medicine; 2. Age range: 45 to 80 years old, gender not restricted; 3. SDS score: 52 points < score <= 72 points; 4. Patients receiving Western medicine for Parkinson's disease treatment must have a stable medication regimen (including the dosage of Western medicine) for 4 weeks before entering the trial stage; 5. Those who have taken laxatives in the past, are required to discontinue the current laxative for 2 weeks before entering the trial stage. Before the trial, constipation can be treated by physical methods; 6. Clear consciousness, able to take care of daily life independently or with only minor assistance, willing to cooperate with the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with constipation caused by organic diseases of the intestines or the whole body, as well as by drug factors; 2. Those with severe primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and endocrine system disorders, malignant tumors, mental disorders or cognitive impairments, and those with infectious diseases; 3. Those who do not receive acupuncture treatment; 4. Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials.
