Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.systemically healthy; diagnosed with periodontitis, having completed periodontal initial therapy for more than 3 months with good oral hygiene; 2.Residual sites with probing depth >=5 mm and positive bleeding on probing, corresponding sites presenting with isolated interproximal intrabony defects, with radiographic intrabony defect depth >=3 mm; 3.Vital pulp or teeth having received adequate endodontic treatment; 4.Preoperative routine laboratory tests within normal limits, with no surgical contraindications;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth with mobility exceeding Grade II, hopeless prognosis, or bone defects associated with furcation involvement; 2.Women planning pregnancy in the near future, pregnant women, or lactating women;Smokers; 3.One-wall intrabony defects;Bone defects extending beyond the proximal line angles of the affected tooth, involving the buccal and/or lingual aspects; 4.Teeth with inadequate endodontic treatment or poor restorations;Patients currently undergoing orthodontic treatment; 5.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or other systemic diseases affecting tissue healing;Patients with known allergies to regenerative materials;
