Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Medical visit records come from medical and health institutions in Beijing, and the visit date is within the retrospective data collection period (January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2025) or the prospective validation data collection period (June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027); 2. The diagnosis meets any of the allergic diseases listed in the above ICD-10 codes; 3. The residence of the visiting individual can be located to the street/community level in Beijing (or can be aggregated to a 1km × 1km grid through geocoding). If the original data only provides aggregated information above the street level, the finest spatial granularity actually obtainable shall be used; 4. Visit data should provide visit time at least on a "day" basis. If some sources can only provide weekly or monthly aggregation, this must be indicated in the analysis and the corresponding scale should be used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Missing >30% of key variables (diagnosis code, visit date, age); 2. Uncorrectable logical errors (e.g., visit date before birth date); 3. Duplicate records cannot be merged. 4.The data source is unknown or the collection criteria cannot be traced.
