Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years old, <75 years old; 2.The primary lesion of the stomach was diagnosed as gastric adenocarcinoma (papillary adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma, signet ring cell, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, etc.) by endoscopic biopsy histopathology. 3.The preoperative clinical stage was early and locally advanced gastric cancer (cT1-4a, N0-3, M0, according to AJCC-8th TNM tumor staging). 4.Preoperative examination showed no distant metastasis, and the tumor did not directly invade the pancreas, spleen or other adjacent organs. 5.The preoperative ECOG physical status score was 0/1. 6.Preoperative ASA score: I - III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.gastric stump carcinoma; 2.The patient underwent emergency surgery due to gastric tumor bleeding, perforation or obstruction; 3.Previous history of upper abdominal surgery (except laparoscopic cholecystectomy); 4.Endoscopic submucosal dissection has been performed, followed by remedial surgery; 5.The patient has a history of other malignant tumors, or other malignant tumors are found to be combined during preoperative examinations;
