Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older; 2. Diagnosed with pelvic fracture via imaging examinations (X-ray, CT), classified as AO/OTA type A, B, C or Tile type B, C; 3. Underwent internal fixation surgery for pelvic fracture (robot-assisted surgery or conventional surgery); 4. Complete baseline data and perioperative records available; 5. Signed informed consent, or obtained exemption for the use of retrospective data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with severe craniocerebral injury, spinal cord injury or other severe associated injuries that interfere with long-term functional assessment; 2. Presence of surgical contraindications such as severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, coagulation disorders; 3. Pathological fractures caused by primary or metastatic bone tumors; 4. Previous surgical history on the ipsilateral pelvic region; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Expected survival time less than 1 year; 7. High risk of loss to follow-up (e.g., no stable contact information, mental disorders leading to inability to cooperate with follow-up).
