Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who visited any participating center between 2022 and 2024, with a diagnosis meeting the 2020 WAO severe allergic reaction guidelines and clinically diagnosed as 'anaphylactic shock'; 2. Type of visit is not limited (emergency, outpatient, inpatient, etc. are all acceptable); 3. Complete medical records, meeting the basic data collection requirements for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those whose shock symptoms are confirmed to be caused by non-allergic factors through differential diagnosis; 2.Those whose initial diagnosis or core diagnostic process occurred outside the research period from 2022 to 2024; 3.Cases where the crucial diagnostic information is severely lacking and cannot be traced;
