Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–80 years, no gender restrictions; 2. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having major diseases such as malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or liver/kidney dysfunction; 2. Having immune-related diseases or autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjögren's syndrome, etc.; 3. Having previously received immunotherapy, including monoclonal antibody therapy, immune cell therapy, thymosin, interferon, etc.; 4. Having acute infections (e.g., cold, pneumonia) or active chronic infections; 5. Having received treatment with glucocorticoids, immunosuppressants, or immunomodulators within the past 3 months; 6. Being pregnant or breastfeeding; 7. Other conditions that the investigator deems inappropriate for participation in the study.
