Gutongling Tincture Group (Group A):Soak dressing with 10ml Gutongling Tincture, apply to affected area for 30 minutes, once daily.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Knee joint pain lasting more than one month; 2. Age no less than 40 years old; 3. Morning stiffness duration =25%) in any position; Patients satisfying criteria 1+2+3+4+5 or 1+6 are eligible for enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of metabolic arthritis; 2. Infectious diseases of the knee joint; 3. Previous knee surgery history, including knee arthroplasty, tibial osteotomy, etc; 4. History of neurological diseases such as brain tumor, epilepsy and stroke.
