Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sleep deprivation population group (1) Age between 18 and 25; (2) The duration of sleep is required to be controlled within half of the normal sleep time; (3) There is no definite physical or mental illness that may affect sleep; (4) The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. 2. Normal sleep group (1) Age between 18 and 25; (2) The sleep duration is 7 to 9 hours per day; (3) There is no definite physical or mental illness that may affect sleep; (4) The subjects were informed and voluntarily signed the informed consent form. Note: The two groups of research subjects were proportionally matched in terms of age, gender, body mass index, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) score is >=53 2. There is a history of cognitive impairment, stroke or transient ischemic attack, epilepsy or other neurological diseases 3. There are contraindications to fNIRS, such as metal on the head (outside the mouth) (such as shrapnel, surgical clips or welding or metal product fragments) or sensitive scalps 4. Taking medications that may affect sleep within the past three months, such as melatonin, zopicron, diazepam and other sedative-hypnotic drugs, etc 5. Patients who participated in other clinical trials simultaneously Persons who meet any of the above exclusion criteria will not be included in this study
