50 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who have already retired or who retired within the last year; 2. Aged 70 or under; 3. Have given informed consent and are participating in the survey voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with mental health conditions or severe intellectual or cognitive impairments who are unable to cooperate in interviews and surveys.
