Patients with stroke: meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction or intracerebral hemorrhage specified in the Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI.Patients presenting with definite lower limb motor dysfunction (Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Lower Extremity motor score < 24 points).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-75 years old, gender not limited; 2. The course of the disease after stroke or spinal cord injury is >=3 months, and the condition is in a stable recovery period; 3. There is a definite lower extremity motor dysfunction (Fugl-Meyer assessment of lower extremity motor function =24 points, and possessing basic comprehension and communication skills; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders who are unable to follow instructions. 2.Complicated with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys. 3.History of cardiovascular events within the past 6 months, including unstable angina, myocardial infarction, or uncontrolled severe arrhythmia. 4.evere contracture, deformity, or pain in the lower limb joints that affects exoskeleton fitting. 5.History of epilepsy, or other neurological diseases contraindicated for transcranial electrical/magnetic stimulation. 6.Presence of metallic implants (e.g., cardiac pacemaker) or other conditions that do not meet safety requirements. 7.Severe spasticity or rigidity of the lower limbs, accompanied by joint contracture, fracture, or severe osteoporosis. 8.Presence of pressure ulcers in the lower limbs or pelvic region. 9.Suffer from other central or peripheral nervous system diseases that may affect gait.
