Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Undergoing colonoscopy for clinical indications; 3.No use of antibiotics, probiotics, or medications affecting the gut microbiota within 1 month prior to the procedure; 4.Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previously diagnosed with colorectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, or hereditary colorectal cancer syndrome; 2.Acute intestinal infection within the past 1 month; 3.Presence of severe systemic diseases that, in the investigator’s opinion, make the subject unsuitable for enrollment; 4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
