Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years; 2. Histologically confirmed epithelial ovarian/fallopian tube/primary peritoneal cancer; 3. FIGO stage III-IV; 4. Undergoing cisplatin HIPEC (75 mg/m^2, 43°C, 90 min).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-existing renal dysfunction before HIPEC; 2. Concurrent use of other nephrotoxic drugs (e.g., vancomycin, amphotericin B) > 24 h or use of other renal protective agents; 3. Previous cisplatin HIPEC; 4. Poor general condition, unable to complete follow-up or poor compliance.
