Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the AECOPD group: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria of the "Global Initiative for Chronic Obstructive Lung Disease (GOLD) 2024"; 2. Age between 40 and 80 years old; 3. Has not used antibiotics, hormones, immunosuppressants, etc. in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria
