Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The selected endoscope is a reusable soft endoscope for routine clinical use; 2.The reprocessing process conforms to the national WS 507 Technical Standard for Cleaning and Disinfection of Flexible Endoscopes; 3.The subordinate unit shall cooperate with the standardized sampling, recording and shooting process of the project; 4.Stripping damage assessment and microbial sampling can be carried out in the insertion area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Single-use endoscope, scrapped or under maintenance; 2.structural fracture, loss of function, and damage to the whole machine; 3.The cleaning process is not completely implemented, and there is a record of non-compliant operation; 4.Medical institutions or individuals unable to cooperate with project sampling and image retention; 5.Special endoscopic instruments with potential disputes or ethical risks;
