Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke, confirmed as first-ever onset by cranial MRI or CT; 2.Age = 18 years; 3.Requires long-term oral medication for stroke treatment and prevention after discharge; 4.Conscious and able to communicate effectively; 5.The patient or their legally authorized representative provides informed consent and signs the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with mental disorders or psychological diseases; 2.Patients with other major diseases, such as malignant tumors, severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal diseases; 3.Currently participating in other interventional studies;
