Group M:Administer epinephrine at a rate of 6mg/kg/h until the patient's MOAA/S score reaches 1.
Group H1:Administer 0.3mg/kg of etomidate at a rate of 6mg/kg/h. If the MOAA/S reaches 1 point during the infusion or within 30 seconds after the infusion is completed, switch to the maintenance dose
if the MOAA/S does not reach 1 point within 30 seconds after the infusion is completed, add 0.15mg/kg until the MOAA/S reaches 1 point.
Group H2:Administer 0.4mg/kg of etomidate at a rate of 6mg/kg/h. If the MOAA/S reaches 1 point during the drug infusion or within 30 seconds after the infusion is completed, switch to the maintenance

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA grade I-II; 2. Age 60-80 years old; 3. BMI 18-30 kg/m^2; 4. All patients gave informed consent regarding the current anesthesia plan and trial content and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of asthma, coronary heart disease, and poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes; 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients who have been taking hormone drugs for a long time; 4. Patients with difficulty in tracheal intubation; 5. Patients allergic to fat emulsions.
