Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Patients on mechanical ventilation; 3. BMI 7 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diaphragm paralysis or anatomical abnormalities of the diaphragm; 2. Wounds, drainage tubes, or incomplete skin on the chest and abdomen; 3. Rib fractures; 4. Pregnant women.
