Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents: Aged between 12 and 19 years; meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder according to the DSM-5 or have been diagnosed with depressive disorder by a legitimate medical institution; have sufficient reading and expression abilities to fully understand all questionnaire content and complete the questionnaires independently; with parental/guardian consent, are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. 2. Parent(s) of the child patient: Are the primary caregivers of the diagnosed adolescent and live together with the adolescent; Have sufficient reading comprehension and expression abilities to complete questionnaires independently; Are willing to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. Physicians and nurses: Physicians and nurses, including psychiatrists, registered nurses, social workers, psychotherapists, etc., must hold valid practice certificates. They must have worked for more than one year in a psychiatric or adolescent mental health-related clinical/community setting. Within the past year, they must have been directly involved in the diagnosis, treatment, or daily care of adolescent patients with mental disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents: Having a history of other severe mental disorders (such as bipolar disorder, mental retardation, substance dependence or abuse, schizophrenia, eating disorders, etc.); having a history of severe physical illnesses or brain organic disorders; having related functional impairments such as hearing or visual impairments, attention deficits, logical thinking disorders, or cognitive dysfunction; unable to understand the scales, refusing to complete the scales, or unable to provide valid data. 2. Parent(s) of the child patient: History of dependence on or abuse of alcohol and psychoactive substances; History of severe physical illness or organic brain disease; Presence of hearing impairment, visual impairment, or cognitive dysfunction; Previous receipt of systematic psychotherapy; Pregnant or breastfeeding women; Refusal to participate in the study or inability to provide valid data. 3. Doctors and nurses: Those who clearly express unwillingness to participate, or who are deemed ineligible to participate, should be excluded.
