50 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years (high-risk group for osteoporosis); 2. Completion of the following two examinations within 6 months: lumbar CT and lumbar DXA; 3. CT image quality meets standards: no severe motion artifacts, no metal fixation artifacts, slice thickness <= 2.5 mm (preferably 1.25-1.5 mm); 4. DXA image quality meets standards: no structural artifacts preventing vertebral assessment; 5. Complete clinical data (age, gender, fracture history, medication history, etc.).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of spinal surgery (vertebroplasty, kyphoplasty, internal fixation and fusion, etc.); 2. Spinal tumors, infections, or pathological fractures; 3. Severe spinal deformity (Cobb angle > 40°); 4. Technical failure in QCT or DXA imaging (such as insufficient scanning range, etc.); 5. Diseases affecting bone metabolism (such as hyperparathyroidism, renal osteodystrophy, long-term use of glucocorticoids).
