Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both the patient and the patient’s guardian are aware of this treatment and have signed the informed consent form; 2. The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) and is between the ages of 10 and 18; the apex of the curvature is located below the sixth thoracic vertebra; 3. Cobb angle: 15°–45°; 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) between 16 and 24 kg/m²; 5. Risser sign of grade IV or less; 6. Scoliosis not caused by neuromuscular disorders or other abnormalities and not treated with formal, systematic therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scoliosis caused by congenital conditions or other factors; 2. Those who exercise less than twice a week, for less than 40 minutes per session, or who are unable to adhere to the treatment regimen, with compliance below 80% (where compliance = (total weekly training time / actual training time) × 100%). 3. History of surgery or trauma to the neck and back; 4. Serious diseases of the cardiovascular, endocrine, and hematological systems.
