75 Years to 110 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=75 years, both sexes; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I–III; 3. Scheduled for elective surgery under spinal anesthesia, including hemiarthroplasty, total hip arthroplasty, internal fixation of hip fracture, great saphenous vein surgery, transurethral resection of the prostate, internal fixation of lower limb fracture, and removal of internal fixation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ppresence of contraindications to spinal anesthesia (e.g., coagulopathy, platelet count 35 kg/m².
