Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Definite diagnosis of paragonimiasis; 2.Age = 1 follow-up visit after discharge).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with pleural effusion caused by other definite pathogen infections; 2.Severely incomplete medical records (missing rate of core variables > 30%); 3.Lost to follow-up or without any follow-up records; 4.Treatment completed outside our center or transferred to another hospital during treatment, making efficacy unevaluable;
