Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria for Healthcare Professionals (1) Currently employed and continuously engaged in medical-related work for =3 months, with clear awareness of their work environment and rest status; (2) Fully informed of the study purpose, voluntarily participating, and having signed the informed consent form; (3) Possessing basic reading comprehension skills and capable of independently completing the questionnaire (for those with visual or writing impairments, research staff may assist by reading the questionnaire aloud). 2. Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria for Medical Students (1) Full-time enrolled medical students; (2) Voluntarily participating in the study and having signed the informed consent form; (3) Without severe cognitive impairment, and capable of independently completing the questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Healthcare Professionals (1) Diagnosed with severe physical illnesses (e.g., malignant tumors, severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases) or psychiatric disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety disorders requiring pharmacological treatment) within the past 6 months; (2) Currently in non-routine work status, including maternity leave, sick leave, or advanced training/secondment; (3) Previous participation in studies related to "rest cognition" or similar topics. 2. Medical Students (1) Currently on academic suspension, academic probation, or extended leave of absence; (2) Experienced major life events within the past 3 months (e.g., bereavement of immediate family members, severe illness) that may affect psychological state assessment; (3) Unable to accurately comprehend questionnaire content due to language barriers (e.g., non-native Chinese speakers).
