18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Meet the criteria for ambulatory thyroid surgery; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I to II; 4. No significant cardiopulmonary disease or severe comorbidities; 5. Clear consciousness with normal communication ability; 6. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Presence of mental or neurological disorders; 3. Recent use of sedative opioids or sleep aids; 4. Communication or cognitive impairment that precludes cooperation with assessments; 5. Patients with a contraindication or known hypersensitivity to any study medication specified in the protocol (e.g., nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, local anesthetics); 6. Severe dysfunction of major organs such as heart or lungs.
