Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with femoral neck fracture or intertrochanteric fracture through imaging examination; Age >= 60 years old; 2. Initial fracture and surgical treatment; 3. Fracture to surgery time <= 21 days; 4. Complete clinical data;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple or open fractures; 2.Pathological fracture; 3.Other types of fractures and diseases such as hemiplegia, Parkinson's disease, and limb disabilities caused by high-energy injuries such as bone tumors, car accidents, and falls from heights; 4.Unable to walk independently or live independently before the fracture; 5.Patients with a history of receiving nutritional support therapy;
