Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients aged 65 years or older who plan to undergo elective surgery. 2. Patients who can understand and agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of severe mental illness or previous cognitive impairment. 2. Patients who have undergone neurological surgery or have significant comorbidities affecting cognitive function within the past 6 months.
