Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meet the criteria of Sepsis-3.0 and the Berlin definition for moderate to severe ARDS; 3. The daily tidal volume titration adjustment range is >= 1 mL/kg PBW; 4. Complete data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ECMO treatment; 2. Concurrent pneumothorax; 3. Missing key data > 20%; 4. Non-septic ARDS; 5. Cardiogenic pulmonary edema.
