Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Admitted due to trauma, seeking medical attention within 24 hours, including fractures, neck injuries, abdominal trauma, chest trauma, etc., requiring inpatient treatment; 3. Conscious, able to cooperate with the assessment, or having family members answer their behalf; 4. Signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment or inability to communicate; 2. Immediate death after trauma or inability to complete assessment due to the need for emergency resuscitation; 3. Admission due to non-mechanical injuries such as burns or poisoning; 4. Simple minor injuries (such as skin lacerations not requiring sutures, superficial abrasions) that do not require hospitalization.
