Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic criteria for the disease: Patients who have been clearly diagnosed with chronic heart failure by a clinician based on the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure or relevant international guidelines (e.g., ACC/AHA, ESC guidelines). 2. Age range: Age >= 18 years old. 3. NYHA functional class I to IV; 4. Communication and cognitive ability: Conscious and alert, without severe visual or hearing impairment, severe dementia, or mental illness; able to understand the questionnaire content and cooperate to complete the survey. 5. Informed consent: The patient fully understands the purpose, procedures, and rights associated with the study, and voluntarily signs the informed cons;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Communication impairment: Presence of aphasia, severe hearing impairment, or inability to communicate effectively in Chinese.
