Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=25 years and < 40 years; 2. Singleton pregnancy, gestational age 20 weeks; 3. Meets the diagnostic criteria for preeclampsia: new-onset hypertension accompanied by proteinuria or organ damage; 4. Has signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent severe underlying conditions, such as autoimmune diseases, active infections, or malignant tumors; 2. A history of organ transplantation or long-term immunosuppressive therapy.
