Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Unilateral or bilateral long-segment ureteral strictures or defects confirmed by imaging, not amenable to conventional reconstruction; 3.The affected renal unit is considered salvageable (preoperative eGFR >= 10 mL/min or daily urine output from the affected kidney >= 400 mL); 4.Received totally intracorporeal robot-assisted ileal ureter replacement; 5.Signed informed consent (for the prospective cohort).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrolled urinary tract infection; 2.Active malignancy; 3.Inflammatory bowel disease; 4.History of extensive bowel resection precluding ileal substitution; 5.Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator.
