Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for decompensated liver cirrhosis and are currently hospitalized in the Hepatology Department of Yueyang Hospital, with a hospital stay of no more than 3 days at the time of informed consent. 2.Aged 60 to 75 years, regardless of sex. 3.Clinically stable within 3 days after admission and able to cooperate with questionnaire assessment. 4.Have basic communication and comprehension abilities. 5. Understand the study, agree to participate, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe psychiatric disorders, severe neurological diseases, or other major organic diseases that may substantially affect sleep assessment. 2.Continuous use within the past month of strong sedative-hypnotic drugs or other medications that may markedly interfere with sleep assessment and whose effects cannot be adequately adjusted for. 3.Critically ill patients, those with significant communication difficulties, or those who refuse to complete the survey. 4.Participation in other clinical studies within the past month that may affect outcome assessment.
